New England Vacation Tours Inc. has been specializing in-group travel for students and adult groups since 1980. During this time, we have hosted and coordinated tours for thousands of travelers annually from all over the world.
As a full service Receptive Service Tour Operator specializing in group travel, our services include coordinating air and ground transportation, arranging lodging, activity admission, and meals as requested by your group. Each of our tours is unique due to the fact that we customize each tour to meet your needs. We pride ourselves on personal service.
New England Vacation Tours Inc. maintains $1 million errors and omission insurance. This coverage protects student tour participants, group leaders and chaperones alike.
We are a member of the American Society of Travel Agents and the Cruise Lines International Association and our local chamber of commerce. We are also licensed as a motorcoach operator by The United States Department of Transportation. US DOT # 249406
We provide the most modern motorcoach transportation equipment available today, with safe and reliable drivers. Our motorcoahes offer restroom facilities, video equipment and reclining seats to provide the highest possible comfort available.

Tell us exactly, what you are looking for, then sit back and relax and let our tour professional go to work for you in planning and creating a customize tour just for you. We will uniquely design, plan, and execute your customized student group tour just for you and your group. We will work within your particular framework and budget, and offer you a five star service and produce a quality service and product that everyone can be proud of.
We offer both day trips as well as overnight trips.
All tour rates will be quoted as per person rates. We will offer you tour rates at the single, double, triple & quad occupancy rates. Quad rates begin the best rate. All tour rates will be net to us, New England Vacation Tours Inc.
A group tour deposit will be needed within 21 days of making a student group tour reservation. A second deposit will be needed approximately 3 months before your arrival date, and final payment will be due at least 30 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation fees vary depending upon the type of tour you have chosen. In your tour quote package, it will outline in detail our cancellation policy for your group tour.
Quality Chaperones (Student Advisors) are very important in student group travel. For you to be classified as a chaperone (Student Advisor) you must be at least 25 years old or older. And be willing to be a chaperone and be responsible for the behavior of your students. For your assistance’s as a group leader and chaperone, we will give you one free complimentary tour package for each ten (10) paying student participants based upon double occupancy. Additional chaperones & parents alike may attend as well if they like for the same student price based upon the type of occupancy they choose.
For all fly tour packages, all complimentary tour packages for the chaperone will be subject to the airlines complimentary air policy in effect at the time of issuing airline tickets.
Medical Emergency & Permission Slips is also a major responsibility of the group leader. All students under the age of 21 years old must supply the group leader with both of these documents.
Upon arrival at your tour destination a tour director from New England Vacation Tours Inc., will join you and your group. Our tour directors are travel professionals who relate well with both teachers and students alike. They will handle everything for you in your behalf. Our tour director’s prime objective is to make you receive all services, are satisfied and enjoy your holiday tour vacation.
