FLY / MOTORCOACH & CRUISE TOUR PACKAGES

Bookings: All bookings should be done through your local travel agent or through New England Vacation Tours Inc., directly.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted with a $200.00 per person service charge. If you cancel, 45 days on or before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 45 days before your arrival date, you forfeit your deposit and all monies paid. For cruise tour packages you need a 60-day cancellation notice. Cancellations received after your cancellation date receives no refund at all. All cancellations must be done in writing only to our West Dover, Vermont Office, and must be postmarked on or before your cancellation date. Cancellation insurance is available and recommended.

Luggage & Baggage Handling: For Fly/Motorcoach Tour Packages we handle one piece of luggage per person. There will be a charge of $7.00 per day for each additional piece of luggage that we handle. There is room inside our motorcoach for a small bag per person; this piece of luggage is to be handled personally by each tour member. We extend every effort to make sure that each passenger’s luggage is handled as carefully as possible, but we can not be responsible and we assume no liability or accept claims for loss, theft or damage to said luggage or personal belongings. Baggage insurance is available and recommended. There is no baggage handling included in cruise only tour packages, and limited baggage handling on our Nova Scotia Cruise tour package.

Rates: All rates include round trip airfare to New England from most major US Cities and airports, round trip ground transportation while on tour and airport transfers. (Deduct $200.00 per person for land packages only). There is a $175.00 per person surcharge for any airport West of the Rocky Mountains and a $50.00 to $75.00 per person surcharge for all non major connections and a $75.00 per person surcharge for western states airports just East of the Rocky Mountains. Nightly lodging at deluxe hotel accommodations while on tour in New England USA and Eastern Canada. Paid admissions to all itinerary tour attractions, all meals as outlined in the sample tour itinerary, and all required local, state and federal taxes. All rates are per person and are in effect as of January 25, 2013 and are subject to change without notice or liability. All tour rates maybe subject to a fuel surcharge, if cost of fuel continues to climb. All rates are payable in US Funds Only. For your convenience we take MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards only, and for all credit cards purchases will be billed immediately for the full purchase price only and cannot just be used as a deposit.

Due to the rising cost of credit card purchases by the credit card companies, if you pay by Master Card or Visa an additional 5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card purchases to save on paying the extra 5% credit card convenience service fee charge you may pay by personal check. All international tour bookings would need to be done by a bank wire transfer from your bank in your country to our bank her in the United States.

Not Included: Certain meals, gratuities for your bus driver and tour escort and expenditures of a personal nature are not included. Gratuities are also not included for the cruise staff members aboard all cruise ships tour packages.

Final Payment: For Fly/Motorcoach Tour Packages payment in full must be done on or before 45 days before your arrival date. Anyone booking after a 45-day arrival date must make payment in full immediately. (Air transportation will be higher if you book less than 35 days in advance) All credit card payments must be for the full purchase price only and cannot be used just as a deposit. For all cruise tours payment in full must be done on or 60 days before your arrival date. All travel documents will be mailed out to you within two weeks after your final payment has been made. Please be advised that New England Vacation Tours Inc. pay the Canadian GST Tax and not the tour passengers, since this tax is refundable to the tour operator.

Airline Security Measures: Tour passengers must provide positive identification in the form of a passport or photo-drivers license at the time of airport check in. You must arrive at least two hours before your flight time to check in with security. Please be prepared to show proper photo identification at any time inside the airport terminal.

Applicable Law:  All tour participants taking part in any of our tour programs that we offer by execution and taking part acknowledge they have read and understand our terms and conditions and agrees to be legally bound by them. They also acknowledge they have caused this event to occur under the laws of the State of Vermont, and hereby irrevocably consent and confirm exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Windham County, State of Vermont, USA, in the event of any dispute pertaining to this contract or any other matter arising there from, or in connection therewith. All of our terms and conditions and all legal issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA.

The “Brilliance of the Seas” cruise portion of this tour is govern by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines which is headquartered in Miami, Florida U.S.A., and most of RCCL Websites reside on servers in Miami-Dade County or Broward County, Florida U.S.A. You agree that these terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For the cruise portion of this tour you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in, and agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in, the state or federal courts located in Dade County, Florida. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. A US DOT motorcoach operator shall do the motorcoach transportation. The air transportation is in coach economy class on an approved ARC and ATC Carrier. Cruise Ship tours are booked upon US Coast Guard approved cruise ships only. All rates are based upon current tariffs and rates in effect as of December 21, 2012and are subject to change. We reserve the right to change any tour when deemed necessary. A full refund will be given on all tours that we cancel. Travel & Cancellation insurance is available from your travel agent, or us. Liability is limited to the terms of carriage as printed on the passage contract ticket and this tour brochure. Any unused portion or services of this tour is not refundable or exchangeable for other accommodations, services or attractions. We do reserve the right to change any tour itinerary and tour transportation equipment when deemed necessary to do so, without notice or liability. All outdoor attractions included in your sample tour itinerary are depending upon local weather conditions and are based upon local weather conditions if they are open or not. All sample tour itineraries are just that sample tour itineraries and are in place as of January 25, 2012 and are subject to change without notice or liability whatsoever. All tour guests should be aware that we do not live in a crime free environment, we do not accept or assume responsibility or liability whatsoever for acts of violence or acts of terrorism.

Proof Of Citizenship: All tour members must have proof of United States Citizenship to enter into Canada and re-entry into the United States. Under the new Department of Homeland Security Act all travelers by land must now carry either a valid US Passport or the new passport card. Only a valid US Passport can be used if traveling by air into Canada or Mexico. For non-citizens it is the passenger’s responsibility to have the proper documentation, which permits entry into Canada as well as re-entry back into the United States. This is all part of the Department of Homeland Security air & land portion of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) and effect’s both adults and children alike.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on all motorcoach tours. Rest and comfort stops are made periodically for your convenience. Some cruise ship lines have also restricted certain public areas as non-smoking areas.

Membership On Tours: We do reserve the right to accept or decline or return any person as members on tours that do not act accordingly. With no refunds whatsoever. We try to make tour membership available to all passengers and will not withhold membership on tour, if we can furnish the special requirements needed by the tour passenger. Should we be able to meet your special needs, and we must assume additional cost to meets these needs for you. You the tour passenger in question will be expected to pay these additional fees to meet your special needs.
