Operator: Buzzy's Taxi Service & Buzzy's Executive Car Service is owned and operated by William A. (Buzzy) Buswell dba/ The Buswell Group & New England Vacation Tours Inc. It was founded on January 8, 1980 and has service the transportation needs of the Deerfield Valley ever since. We are license by the United States Department of Transportation US DOT # 249406

Rates: All rates are net to us Buzzy's Taxi Service & Buzzy's Executive Car Service. All rates are payable in cash only. These rates are for our Dodge Caravans and Plymouth Voyagers. Rates are slightly higher for our Lincoln Town cars. All Lincoln Town Cars are by reservations only. Sorry we do not accept any credit cards whatsoever. Our published rates are subject to change without notice or liability whatsoever. All rates quoted are based upon our normal hours of operation between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Local Rates: All rates are subject to change without notice or liability whatsoever. Our local rates are $3.00 per loaded mile with a minimum charge of $15.00.

Long Distance Trips: All long distance trips must be paid for in advance and are subject to all local and state taxes as well as all tolls and parking fees and airport PFC charges, incurred by us on your behalf. Fuel surcharges (Gas) may be charged if fuel prices keep going up.

Waiting Time: Since our drivers are paid hourly for services render, and if flights, buses & trains etc. delayed by more then 45 minutes will be charged at an additional rate of $75.00 an hour for any fraction thereof. The first 45 minutes of waiting time is free, thereafter is our additional hourly charge of $75.00 for any fraction thereof.

Cancellations & Refunds: To receive a full refund on any long distance trip canceled; the trip must be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be issued for travel plan changes due to weather, road or traffic conditions, airlines rescheduling etc etc. Plus we cannot guarantee connections with other travel arrangements beyond our control such as; (i.e. air buses and trains etc etc.) Once our vehicles leave from the Mount Snow area to their particular pick-up point, at airports, bus stations & train stations etc. etc. You will be charged our normal rate, plus and additional charge of $75.00 an hour for waiting time.

Gratuity: Gratuities for our drivers are not included in our quoted and published rates. For all corporate accounts an automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill.

Safety: It is our purposed to maintain schedule times whenever possible, however, safety is our primary consideration. Weather, traffic and other factors may effect operating conditions, therefore schedules may not be met and cannot be guaranteed times and schedules beyond our control.

Airport Pick-ups: For all commercial flights arrivals our drivers will meet you in the luggage area of the airline that you will be flying in on. Our drivers will be carrying a sign with your name on it.

NOTE: Buzzy's Taxi Service is an on call private demand service and is NOT part of the DVTA Transit Service and does NOT receive any type of Federal or State taxpayers subsidy what so ever...
