BOOKING: All bookings should be done through your local travel
agent or through New England Vacation Tours Inc., directly. A non-cancelable
deposit in the amount of $500.00 is due at the time of booking. A second
deposit in the amount of $3,000.00 is due on or before March 15, 2013 and
payment in full is due on or before May 15, 2013. All checks should be
made payable to New England Vacation Tours Inc.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are accepted with a $500.00 per
person cancellation fee, if you cancel on or before March 15, 2013. If
you cancel after March 15, 2013, you forfeit your deposit and all monies
paid to date. Cancellations received after March 15, 2013 receives no refund
at all. All cancellations must be done in writing only to our West Dover,
Vermont office, and must be postmarked on or before March 15, 2013. Cancellation
insurance is available and recommended.
LUGGAGE AND BAGGAGE HANDLING: Each teen will be allowed two piece
of luggage, which will be placed underneath our deluxe motorcoach for them.
There is room inside our motorcoach for a small bag per person, in addition
to their two piece of luggage placed underneath the bus for them. Each
teen will be responsible for his/her own personal luggage once it is unloaded
from our bus. Each teen will be responsible to carry their own luggage
in and out of all hotels while on tour. We extend every effort to make
sure that each teen's luggage is handled as carefully as possible, but
we cannot be responsible and we assume no liability or accept claims for
loss, theft or damage to said luggage or personal belongings.
RATES: All rates include 36 nights of lodging (quad occupancy)
while on tour, and three meals a day, and snacks in the afternoon and evening
hours. Paid admissions to all tour attractions, amusement fees, shows and
all outdoor and indoor activities, as outlined in the sample teen tour
"2013" itinerary. All rates include local, state and federal taxes as well
as all Canadian taxes. The tour price of $6,579.00 per person is in effect as of
December 15, 2010 and is payable in U.S. Funds only. We do accept the Master
Card & Visa Credit Card only, and if you want to use it, you will be billed for
the total cost of the tour to your credit card.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare to and from Manchester, International Airport
in Manchester, New Hampshire. (We can assist you in obtaining the lowest
possible airfare to and from Manchester, New Hampshire from your home destination.)
Items of a personal nature are also not included. Ground Transportation
from Boston is also not included. All else is include there are no other
hidden extras or additional charges.
FINAL PAYMENT: Payment in full must be done on or before May
15, 2013. Anyone booking after April 1, 2013 must make payment in full
at the time of booking. All credit card payments must be for the full purchase
price only and cannot be used just as a deposit. All travel documents will
be mailed out to you on or before June 9, 2013 by certified mail. If your
tour deposits and payments are not made as according to our payment plan,
your tour will be cancel and no refunds will be issued. Please be advised
that New England Vacation Tours Inc. pay's the Canadian GST Taxes and not
the teen on tour, since this tax is refundable to the tour operator.
RISK PARTICIPATION: During the course of our Teen Tour "2013"
various outdoor activities will take place. Participants agree to accept
there own responsibility for participation in these and all other activities
that we offer, and do so upon there own initiative and risk participation.
New England Vacation Tours Inc., shall not accept liability for accident,
injury or death as a result of participation in said activities and further
agree to waive any and all claims arising therefrom against New England
Vacation Tours Inc., independent contractors, agents and/or representatives
or associates. All teen participants assume all responsibility and liability
in participation in all the activities that we have to offer.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: All teen tour members must have proof of United States Citizenship to enter into Canada and re-entry into the United States. Under the new Department of Homeland Security Act all travelers by land must now carry either a valid US Passport or the new passport card. Only a valid US Passport can be used if traveling by air into Canada or Mexico. For non United States Citizens it is the teens and the teen’s parents responsibility to have the proper documentation which permits entry into Canada as well as returning back into the United States. In all cases a passport will be needed for all non-USA Citizens. This is all part of the Department of Homeland Security air & land portion of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) and effect’s both adults and children alike.
MEMBERSHIP ON TOUR: We do reserve the right to accept or decline
or return as members on tours any and all teenagers who do not act accordingly.
With no refunds whatsoever. We have set up a special de-merit program for
all teen members on tour, and all tour members will be subject to our de-merit
program. Under US federal laws all teens must be at least 18 years old
to smoke, therefore smoking will not be permitted while on tour. Any teen
while on tour who are found to be drinking alcohol beverages of any sort
or taking any kind of illegal drugs will be sent home immediately at their
own expense with no refunds whatsoever. No warnings will be given for drinking
alcohol beverages or the taking of illegal drugs. You will be sent home
immediately with no refunds whatsoever.
TRAVEL & CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Travel cancellation and
on tour insurance is highly recommended and is available to you at an additional
cost. This insurance can be purchased directly from us or though you're
local travel agent or your local insurance company. Additional medical
insurance is also highly recommended.
APPLICABLE LAW: All tour participants and their legal guardians
(Parents) by execution and taking part in our Teen Tour "2013" program
acknowledge that he/she has read our terms and conditions and understand
them and agrees to be legally bound by them. You also acknowledge that
he/she has caused an event to occur in the State of Vermont and hereby
irrevocably consents and confirms exclusive jurisdiction to the courts
of Windham County, State of Vermont USA. In the event of any dispute pertaining
to this contract or any other matter arising there from on in connection
therewith. All of our terms and conditions and all legal issues shall be
govern the laws of the State of Vermont USA.
LIABILITY AND CONDITIONS: New England Vacation Tours Inc., and
its tour operators, bus operators and travel agents act only as agents
and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with services
performed by others on our behalf. A US DOT motorcoach operator shall do
the motorcoach transportation and shall carry the federal $5 Million Dollar
liability insurance. All rates are based upon current tariffs and rates
are in effect as of December 15, 2010 and may be subject to change. Liability
is limited to the terms of carriage as printed on the passage contract
ticket and on our tour brochure. All tour guests should be aware that we
do not live in a crime free environment, we do not accept or assume responsibility
or liability whatsoever for acts of violence or acts of terrorism. Any
unused portion or service of this tour is non-refundable or exchangeable
for other accommodations, services or attractions. We do reserve the right
to change any tour itinerary and ground transportation equipment when deemed
necessary to do so, without notice or liability whatsoever. We also hereby
advise all travelers of acts of violence and terrorism throughout the world
and that New England Vacation Tours Inc. is not to be held responsible
or liable for such acts of violence and terrorism.
